With a sewing field of 600x200 and the well proven M-Type 867 sewing head, this large-field CNC pattern sewer is the ideal choice for all sewing applications in automotive, technical textiles and leather.

The use of an extra large (XXL) vertical hook guarantees excellent stitch formation in multi-directional sewing as well as a much longer lifetime of the hook as it is not prone to damage caused by needle deflection.

Our intuitive, easy-to-use touch screen control panel is state-of-the-art and enables an operator / supervisor to easily change programs and parameters. The memory capacity allows storage of 100 different seam programs. The programs can either be created on a PC or directly on the machine by use of the integrated teach-in function.

To adopt to different material thickness within a seam pattern, thread tension and sewing foot stroke are programmable for different sections of the pattern.

A fully overlapping working method guarantees highest productivity. The machine can even be equipped with a clamp recognition system to automatically sew the pattern encoded on each clamp.
